All work is carried out on external, third-party websites. While we work hard to source placements on legitimate, high-quality sites, we do not own or control those websites. Once a link is published, its continued existence depends on the third-party site not something we can guarantee in perpetuity. We reserve the right to adjust or update our service offerings at any time.

• Every order is handled by a real person, not automated tools, doing the outreach on your behalf.
• Each placement is checked before delivery to confirm the site is legitimate, active, and benefits your website.
• If a link does not match what you ordered, wrong anchor, we replace it or make it right.
• You will hear from us if something changes or a delay comes up. We do not leave clients guessing.
• Our communication is honest and direct throughout the process, from order confirmation to final delivery.

• Specific Google rankings - search engines make their own calls, and backlinks are one factor among many.
• Traffic increases or revenue outcomes - depend on your site, your content, your competition, and the algorithm.
• Permanent link placement - If third-party sites change, remove content, or go offline sometimes, that is outside our control.
• Instant results - link building takes time to reflect in rankings, usually weeks to months.
• Equal results across all websites - a new site and an established site will respond to the same links very differently.

Orders become active once payment has been received and confirmed. We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout, processed securely through third-party payment providers. All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise specified. Taxes may be applied depending on your location.

When you place an order, you acknowledge that your details, including billing details and your information on the Website, are correct. Orders placed with incorrect and/or misleading information may be subject to delay or cancellation, any work done with that information shall be considered as the part of the original order placed.

Every service page has an estimated delivery timeline. These are realistic estimates based on typical workload and outreach timelines, not fixed guarantees. Link building requires outreach to actual website owners and editors. Sometimes, publishers respond quickly, and sometimes take longer. We are not able to control third-party response times, and delays in the process can impact when a placement goes live. If there is a delay from our side beyond what is reasonable, we will inform you.

If a deliverable work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will make it right. Revision requests must be received within a reasonable timeframe, 48 Hours Maximum, and these need to be based on the original requirements of the order, not new preferences or changed objectives. Revision requests are handled on an individual basis. Requests that represent a change in direction from the original brief can be treated as an entirely new order.

Refunds are evaluated based on what stage the work is at and why the request is being made. If we have not started work on your order, a full refund is straightforward to process (third-party costs will not be part of the refund). If work is already underway or completed, refunds are partial or not applicable, depending on how much has been done.

We do not offer refunds simply because a link did not produce the SEO results you were hoping for. Link building improves your backlink profile. We cannot guarantee specific ranking outcomes, as search engine rankings depend on dozens of factors outside our control.

To get the best outcome from our services, you will need to provide some input as well. We will need you to include guideline anchor text, the target URL, and any content or niche guidelines. If that information is incomplete or unclear, then it can disrupt the quality of the placements we provide. All details should be shared in one go to avoid any confusion or delays, etc.

You also agree that the website that you are building links to is legally operated, no website policy or law is broken, and it does not promote any illegal content. We do not conduct link building for websites that have illegal, scammy, or unethical website publishing, including hate speech.

• We will not link to any sites that engage in illegal activities, promote fraudulent or illegal products/services, or exploit vulnerable individuals.
• We will not engage in link building schemes that only serve to manipulate search engines and violate Google's policies.
• Do not misuse the platform, scrape our site, submit fraudulent forms of payment, or order through our site while impersonating individuals or businesses.
• Do not use our services to harm competitors through negative SEO tactics.

Our website links to other websites, and the services we provide involve placing content on third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of those external websites. If a third-party site removes a link after it has been published, due to their own editorial decisions, a site redesign, or any other reason, that is outside our control.

We put genuine effort into every order and stand behind our work. That said, we cannot accept liability for things outside our control, changes to search engine algorithms, third-party site decisions, or fluctuations in your website's rankings. Our liability in any situation is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost revenue, or business consequences that you attribute to our services.

We have the right to deactivate or shut down an account that is used against these terms and conditions. This includes orders that are fraudulent or abusive communications to our team or attempts to misuse our services. When your account has been suspended due to a violation, all current orders can be cancelled, and refunds won't be issued.
